Big News — Amazon is Showing Indie’s the Love

Why do I love being indie published?

During the month of October, Amazon is celebrating great writing self-published via Kindle Direct Publishing and CreateSpace. The celebration includes a dedicated Amazon landing page and special features on the KDP social media page. They’ve carefully curated a selection of the best books in Romance, Mystery and Thriller, Nonfiction, and Literary Fiction. Some great titles are included in this small group — including Coming to Rosemont! If you’re looking for something new to read, I’ll bet you could discover a new author or find a great book by visiting this page.

I’m thrilled and humbled to be included. Being Indie Published has allowed me to accelerate the growth of my author career. In less than 4 years, I’ve gone from the unheralded release of my first novel to a spot on the mid list for the last two years. I’m in contact with readers on a daily basis. If I’d pursued the traditional publishing route, I’d probably still be querying agents and dreaming of the results that I’m enjoying right now with the help and support of KDP.  #PoweredByIndie
