Maggie’s Family Fruit Salad Recipe
2 cans fruit cocktail in juice, well-drained
2 cans pineapple chunks, juice reserved
1 pint strawberries
2 small boxes sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
1. Whisk pudding mix into pineapple juice until smooth. Mixture will be thick.
2. Combine fruit cocktail and pineapple chunks in large bowl. Slice strawberries and add to fruit.
3. Add pineapple juice/pudding mix to fruit and mix well.
4. Slice bananas and add right before serving.
